TERMS OF SALE

#1.) Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.

#2.) Currency: All prices listed are in US Dollars.

#3.) Payment: All forms of payment are payable in US Dollars. All orders are subject to credit card approval.

#4.) Inventory: Subject to availability.

#5.) Shipping: All products are shipped from the factory, FOB, and the freight costs are prepaid and added to the order as a shipping and handling charge. - Items in stock shipped within 3 to 5 business days. All out of stock items will be shipped based on our response quotation within 48 hours, which normally would ship in 2 to 4 weeks. We normally ship ground UPS, but reserve the right to ship small orders, (generally 1-6 lbs.), via USPS Priority Mail. All shipments must be sent to street addresses, not P.O. Boxes.

#6.) Cancellations: Subject to MKBS Enterprises Inc. acceptance and terms, this will indemnify MKBS Enterprises against any loss.

#7.) Damage Claims: Please inspect all shipments promptly and make any damage claims to yogahealthshop.com for any UPS shipments. Yogahealthshop.com will assist in the process of collections.

#8.) Shortages: Claims for shortages or errors must be made in writing within 10 days from date of purchase.

#9.) Returns: Our company prides its self on quality, value and service. Within 30 days we will guarantee every item to your satisfaction. If not completely satisfied you may return it for a full refund if in new, unused condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except for manufacturer defects. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. All returns must be received by Yoga Health Shop within 14 days of RMA No. issued.

#10.) Returning a Purchase: Returns must be approved and assigned a return of merchandise authorization number (RMA) by emailing us at returns@yogahealthshop.com, or phone 863-223-2165. No unauthorized return shipments will be accepted. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse.
