Product features removable cotton cover with soft cotton filling. Used in all types of yoga. Place under spine for pranayama (breathing) practice. Use under knees in final relaxation pose.

These cotton-stuffed cushions support the spine from head to tail. With the pillow in line with the spine, the chest can expand, making breathing easier.
Horizontally across the spine, a pranayama pillow supports the mid-back in a gentle arch.
